Ordering

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur TradeSparky will unfortunately be unable to accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and either a corrected offer or a full refund. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract of sale is confirmed only upon the supply of goods.

Product Information

TradeSparky and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on TradeSparky that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Pricing

Pricing and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery Service

Delivery times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 2pm then the following working day will be considered the day of order for delivery estimates. In the case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days. We aim to deliver within 24 hours but sometimes due to high order volume in certain sales periods please allow 2 days before contacting us. We will attempt to contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. All orders are sent out via a third party carrier and will require a signature. Failed deliveries can be attempted again at an extra cost.

Returns

You must contact us and be in receipt of a valid Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) form before returning any item to us. Any product without a RAC form will not be refunded. All goods returned must be securely packed and, unless we arrange collection, consigned to us carriage paid. If we arrange collection we reserve the right to make a handling charge. The issue of our RAC will not bind us to issue any credit in respect of the goods. Please note that cut-lengths of cable and LED strip are non-returnable.

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within fourteen days for exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days to process once the goods have arrived.

Items must be in their original packaging, with boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents as provided by the manufacturer. If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. TradeSparky will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping of returns to TradeSparky must be paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your own postal fees. Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a restocking fee in order to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but can be returned at the customer’s expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a secondary charge may apply.

Non-Returnable

Bespoke items are purchased on a non-returnable basis, this includes but is not limited to cable cut to a specific size. Discounted or end of line products may only be returned for repair, no refunds or replacements will be made.

Incorrect / Damaged Goods

If you do not receive your products as ordered, please contact us. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact TradeSparky immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the replacement item as soon as possible.

Export Restrictions

Currently, TradeSparky is only able to offer delivery to UK mainland addresses. We regret that we are unable to deliver to the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the rest of Europe (including ROI).

This policy is available separately and covers all users who use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.

Security

We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. TradeSparky uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including firewalls and secure socket layers. During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. We will use the information you provide only for the purposes laid out in the Privacy Policy.

Copyrights

All content included on the site such as text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software are owned by TradeSparky and are protected by international copyright laws.

License and Site Access

TradeSparky grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale of commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any products, any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents or any downloading or copying of account information. This license does not grant access for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site may not be reproduced duplicated copied sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial benefit without the written consent of TradeSparky.

Conditions of Use

TradeSparky and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the aforementioned conditions. If you visit the TradeSparky website then you accept these conditions. Please ensure you have read them carefully. TradeSparky controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to and including the use of, this site and materials contained. If you choose to access this website from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.
